St. Pancras International is London’s most innovative railway station, a true ‘destination station’ and a central part of London’s heritage. Our brief was to increase the station’s wider international appeal, enhance the brand’s innovative ‘destination’ status and create new revenue opportunities.

The Station Sessions generated a 3% increase in retailer revenue within the station and saw an increase in footfall and dwell-time during the events. We generated over a quarter of a million video views online together with press features from BBC London, Metro, Time Out, NME, XFM, Dazed and Confused, music-news.com, MUZU.com and The London Paper. The Station Sessions were recently shortlisted for the CIPR Excellence Award 2010 and St. Pancras International has also become the first railway station to release its own compilation series, on its own record label imprint. Since the completion of this campaign, we have been tasked, by High Speed 1 (owners of St. Pancras International) to expand the station’s music and entertainment strategy over the next three years, focusing on driving additional revenue and redefining the station as London’s cultural hub.

Case study supply music to over 400,000 retailers, restaurants and hotels worldwide including custom designed in- house radio stations, advertisements and signage. We were asked to create brand new series of Emerging Artist Channels, featuring music across multiple genres, to be used in commercial retail chains in the UK and Europe.
We worked in partnership with online music portal, Pure Play Music, to create a series of pioneering Emerging Artist Channels made up of 300 tracks and updated with new tracks each month. We sourced over 1200 music tracks, negotiated all sync licenses. We updated all channels with 75 tracks per month and created an online partnership with You License to filter the content. We managed all aspects of artist liaison including artist payments and solutions. We also developed 10 ?highlight? music samplers for prospective Clients featuring
content across all genres. The Emerging Artist Channel we developed has been sold into 5100 retail locations across the UK and Europe including Tesco, B&Q and Homebase. We have paid out over £50,000 to Emerging Artists and Pure Play is now one of the largest online, unsigned music distributors in the world. We have now been tasked to develop a further 15 channels for sales into retail and leisure locations worldwide.
Music adds brand value and helps attract new audiences. It builds credibility, brand recognition and engagement, integrating into the very heart of everyday life.
We don't just put great music in your adverts or shops; we redefine your brand as an integral and lasting part of music culture, strengthening your core business. Most importantly, we use music to develop long-term, revenue opportunities, demonstrating a direct return on investment for our clients, and providing a solid method of evaluation.

We know how powerful music is. Our clients do too.
That's why it's all we do…and why we're so passionate about our work.
